The Art of Teaching and Learning was under discussion at the recent EFMD Annual Conference hosted by WU Vienna University of Economics and Business on 15 to 17 June.
The impressive and futuristic architecture of the new WU campus, its main building in particular, formed the perfect backdrop to discussions about the future of management education which included sessions on the role of technology and the design of learning spaces. In keeping with the theme – the opening keynote by Wolf Prix, Founder of COOP HIMMEL, dealt with his experience of overseeing the commissioning and construction of WU’s impressive new campus.
Jan Vogler, Cellist & General Director of the Dresden Music Festival treated participants to a short recital during Plenary where he was also in conversation with Joshua Jampol, Journalist and Author of the book “Living Opera”. The pair discussed Jan’s learnings on leadership and management from his lived experienced as musician.
